Since 1987, Galvin Realty Group, Inc. has been the community leader in commercial real estate services in Rochester NY. Our company has its roots in previous corporations founded by, John “Thomas” Galvin Jr. and Judy Galvin.
Commercial Real Estate Experts Since 1970.
Tom began his career with Slade & Suter Inc., and in 1975 co-founded Galvin & Gates, Inc. This company was founded to provide a variety of real estate services including professional brokerage, management, appraisal and consulting services. In 1984, his wife Judy joined Galvin & Gates, Inc. as a broker for several leasing and brokerage projects.
In 1987, Tom and Judy formed their own companies for the purpose of providing the same high level of professional real estate services to the Rochester community. From these older corporations, Galvin Realty Group, Inc. evolved and formed. Today, we are the combined community leader in professional real estate services in Rochester NY. We are proud to offer a variety of services including traditional management brokerage, leasing, consulting, and appraising.
Our business has grown to include four commercial and investment specialists. All of our specialists are involved with specialized training and education. Some of the designations our staff members have earned include:
- Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM)
- Certified Property Manager (CPM)
- Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR)
